These requests need to be acted on within 48 hours.
- If a member asks to be deleted from the database, please ensure they aren't just moving to another country and want to be members there. If they don't respond to your inquiry after 48 hours:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the name and member number of the person who wishes to be deleted and a copy of the deletion request correspondence. THIS IS CRUCIAL.
- Go ahead and delete them.
- Make sure you no longer have any data on this person on your computer or email program.
Members who have made payments or donations can only be deleted by a global admin. If you do not see the "Delete Name Lastname" button at the bottom of the screen send the ID number to Helpdesk and we'll delete this person (Important: do NOT click the Ban button!)
